2. Fees and Payment
Payment terms, including fees, billing frequency, and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in the engagement letter or invoice provided by Hamilton Bookkeeping & Financial Consultant.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of bookkeeping and financial consulting services. Failure to provide essential information may impact the quality and timeliness of the services.
4. Confidentiality
Hamilton Bookkeeping & Financial Consultant will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and records, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created during the course of providing services, including but not limited to reports, documents, or software, will be the property of Hamilton Bookkeeping & Financial Consultant unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing with notice, subject to the terms outlined in the engagement letter or agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to our services will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hamilton Bookkeeping & Financial Consultant's liability for any claims related to its services is limited to the fees paid by the client for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
